This Agreement governs the terms and conditions of the use of Binosaurs LLC. service and is between you (“Client”), as an authorized user of such services, and Binosaurs. By submitting a Request for Service, you confirm receipt of and acceptance of this Agreement.

1. Service Agreement:

Binosaurs provides a trash bin cleaning service for residential trash bins. Residential service will be performed and billed on a subscription basis.

2. Customer Responsibilities:

To receive services from Binosaurs, customers must comply with the following conditions. However, we reserve the right to refuse service if any bin has any of the following:

• Trash bins must be placed by the curb or alley.
• Bins must not contain un-bagged trash or animal waste. Bins with hazardous waste, such as chemicals, oils, petroleum-based products, oil-based paint, glue, or any other adhesive will not be cleaned.
• If a customer wishes to skip a service visit, they must notify Binosaurs at least one day prior to their scheduled visit.
• Customers may place a vacation hold on their service by notifying Binosaurs by phone or email at least 7 days before their scheduled service.

3. Rescheduling Services:

If your bin(s) cannot be serviced on the scheduled day, kindly inform us at least one day before the day of service, and we will reschedule your cleaning for the following month. Failure to notify us will result in us making an attempt, and if we are unable to clean, we will notify you. Please note that there are no refunds for notification on the day of cleaning service.

For non-recurring service plans, if you are unable to notify us and we dispatch our truck to your home but cannot provide service due to circumstances beyond our control, you will be notified via email why we could not provide service. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund due to the costs associated with sending our employee and vehicle to your home.

4. Cancellation of the Service:

If you wish to cancel the service, you can do so by sending an email to support@binosaurs.com. However, keep in mind that Binosaurs may charge a cancellation fee that is equivalent to the cost of a one-time cleaning for the number of bins applicable if the cancellation is made within 12 months. This measure is in place to prevent any misuse of our pricing structure and payment plans that could lead to a service being provided at a lower cost. Once you sign up, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

5. Privacy Policy:

Our commitment to your privacy is outlined in our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property:

The content and materials on the Website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are the property of Binosaurs LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any of the content without our prior written consent.
